within, and / or purchasing any products, services, or access
to this website you are indicating your acceptance to be
bound by the terms of these Terms and Conditions. You are

No information about yourself is passed or sold onto any

Delivery of Business Plan
Our products are delivered, within 24 hours of the placement
of your order, by e-mail. No software or hard copies are
provided due to the prohibitive cost this would entail.
We cannot guarantee delivery by an attachment to free e-mail
services such as hotmail, msn and cox-internet due to the
erratic nature of these services and if you have an alternative
e-mail address please provide it. We can supply to these
service providers by including the business plan within the
e-mail document but some minor formatting will be lost.
No refund will be made if you use these services and your
service provider fails to deliver; we will guarantee that
we will keep trying to deliver but you must be aware that
by using these services it is impossible for us to guarantee
delivery within 24 hours as it is out of our control.
We will always ensure that the product will be delivered
to any customer as we can arrange for the product to be delivered.
Refund Policy
It is the goal of Business Plans Database Limited to provide
timely and relevant information provided on digital medium.
Due to the nature of the medium, purchase of digital products
are not refundable, once delivered.
Cancelation Policy
Once you have submitted a succesful order via our secure
server the order can only be cancelled prior to delivery
- you may ask to change your ordered product before delivery
and we will gladly do this without charge providing the product
and the new product exists on the relevant website. Should
there be a problem in you receiving the product you can ask
for the product(s) to be delivered to an alternative email
address and we shall do this.
Order Acceptance Policy
Business Plans Limited reserves the right at any
time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your
order for any reason. All orders are subject to approval,
confirmation, and availability.
Should an order not be accepted no charges will be made
to your credit card.
Should your order not be accepted by our merchant service
we may contact you to offer alternative methods of payment,
however a new order will have to be made as we do not retain
credit card details.
Restrictions
Not all products listed on a website may be available for
sale or delivery in every country. All orders of products
or services are subject to prevailing law, including, as
appropriate, export and import regulations and boycotting
restrictions, if any, imposed by governing bodies having
jurisdiction over such orders, products or services.

All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars.
Credit Card Security
To be honest it's probably safer to order over the internet
than order over the phone or give somebody your credit card
(like in a restaurant).
